Syly's Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Syly.io website and related services (the "Service"), operated by Syly.io ("Syly," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Syly.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Syly.io. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Syly.io provides tools for:

  • Link-in-bio pages
  • QR code generation
  • Analytics and related creator tools (where available)

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Syly.io to create, share, or distribute links or content that:

  • Redirects to malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive content
  • Promotes nudity, sexually explicit, or adult material
  • Encourages hate speech, harassment, violence, or self-harm
  • Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
  • Misleads, defrauds, or impersonates others
  • Violates any local, national, or international law
  • Redirects to other URL shortener services for the purpose of bypassing policies

You must not:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or scripts) without written permission
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Service
  • Harvest or collect personal data without user consent
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

Syly.io reserves the right to disable or delete any link, account, or content that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. User Content

"User Content" means any links, text, images, QR codes, or other content you create or submit through the Service.

By submitting User Content, you grant Syly.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the rights to your User Content
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All Syly.io branding, logos, software, design, and platform features are the exclusive property of Syly.io or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

Prices and features may change at any time. Any changes will apply at the next billing cycle.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syly.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service
  • Loss of data, traffic, revenue, or reputation
  • Unauthorized access to your account

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syly.io, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your User Content

12. Enforcement and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your activity poses a risk to users or the platform
  • Required by law or authorities
